10-100mm Silicon Metal 553 Grade is mainstream medium-purity furnace lump . Grade naming rule: Fe≤0.5%, Al≤0.5%, Ca≤0.3%, minimum silicon content ≥98.5%. The 10–100mm full-size block is specially customized for large static melting furnaces, widely recognized as cost-balanced raw material for ADC12 cast aluminum, ordinary organosilicon and pre-purification polysilicon production.

 

Compared with low-purity Si97 (high Fe/Ca impurities), Si553 effectively avoids casting pinholes and silicone catalyst poisoning; compared with high-purity Si441, it has obvious cost advantages for mass medium-end industrial production. 10–100mm large lump features low specific surface area, slow oxidation loss during high-temperature feeding, no automatic feeding machine blockage, suitable for 3-ton and above continuous melting furnaces. Our factory supplies standard 10–50 / 10–100mm blocks and accepts customized splitting sizes.

Polysilicon production:

Organosilicon synthesis:

Participate in the synthesis reaction of organosilicon compounds. Organosilicon has excellent properties such as high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, aging resistance, and electrical insulation, and is widely used in aerospace, electronics, construction, automobiles and other fields. Metal silicon 553 reacts with organic reagents such as methyl chloride under the action of a catalyst to generate various organosilicon compounds, such as methylchlorosilane, phenylchlorosilane, etc. These organosilicon compounds can be made into organosilicon products with different properties and uses through further polymerization, modification and other processes.
