Types of Inoculant

Ferro Silicon Inoculants (FeSi)
Strong nucleation ability: Can provide effective nucleation over a wide temperature range, promoting graphite refinement and uniform distribution.
Good deoxidizing effect: Silicon is a strong deoxidizer, effectively reducing the oxygen content in molten iron.
Wide application: Suitable for producing most gray cast iron and ductile iron castings.
Silicon-Barium Inoculants (SiBa)
Significant deoxidizing and desulfurizing effects: Adding barium enhances deoxidizing and desulfurizing capabilities, resulting in purer castings.

Improve the solidification structure
