2mm ferro silicon barium alloy is a multi-element ferro alloy with a size of 2mm. The ferrosilicon barium alloy is mainly composed of three elements: silicon, barium and iron. Chemical properties
Because barium has a strong affinity with oxygen, ferrosilicon barium alloy can react with oxygen in a high temperature environment to generate barium oxide, thereby playing a deoxidation role, which can effectively reduce the oxygen content in materials such as steel.
At room temperature, silicon iron barium alloy has good chemical stability and is not easy to react chemically with oxygen, moisture, etc. in the air. However, chemical reactions may occur under specific conditions such as high temperature, humidity or strong acid and alkali.

Steel smelting:
It is an excellent deoxidizer and alloy additive that can combine with oxygen in steel to form barium oxide compounds, reduce the oxygen content in steel, and improve the quality and performance of steel. At the same time, silicon and barium can also form alloys with other elements in steel to improve the mechanical properties, hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, etc. of steel.
Foundry industry:
As an inoculant, it is suitable for gray cast iron and ductile iron, which can promote the formation of "A" type graphite and make the graphite spheres complete. At the same time, it can form nuclei in a wide temperature range, and has strong spheroidization ability and anti-degradation ability, which can effectively prevent the tendency of castings to white cast iron.
