Products uses
Ductile iron production:
It is an indispensable spheroidizer and inoculant in ductile iron production. In the production process of ductile iron, the addition of RE FeSiMg alloy can spheroidize graphite, significantly improve the strength, toughness and wear resistance of cast iron, and is widely used in the manufacture of automotive parts, mechanical parts, pipe fittings, etc. For example, important parts such as crankshafts and gears of automobiles are often made of ductile iron, and rare earth silicon-magnesium alloy plays a key role in it.
Vermicular cast iron production:
