Performance of Ultrafine Si3N4 powder
Stable chemical properties
Strong corrosion resistance, almost resistant to all inorganic acids (except HF, reaction equation: Si3N4+16HF═3SiF4↑+4NH4F) and NaOH solutions with a concentration of less than 30%, and can also withstand the erosion of many organic substances, and can withstand strong radiation.
Good thermal stability
Small thermal expansion coefficient, good thermal conductivity, and good thermal shock resistance. It will not break even if it is heated to above 1000 ℃ in air, cooled rapidly, and then heated rapidly.
High temperature oxidation resistance
Not oxidized below 1200℃, protective film generated at 1200-1600℃ can prevent further oxidation.

Applications of Ultrafine Si3N4 powder include
