The chemical composition of high carbon silicon 6515 is Si65%, C15%. It is a new type of steelmaking deoxidizer that improves the physical, mechanical and process properties of steel. Silicon carbon alloy 6515 has a strong ability to remove gas and change non-metallic inclusions, and has the functions of refining and desulfurizing inclusions, spheroidizing and refining grains, improving steelmaking quality and mechanical properties. It ensures low Als in steel, less AL203 inclusions, and can reduce and eliminate large calcium aluminum silicate particle inclusions in steel.

High carbon silicon 6515 is a strong composite deoxidizer
It can replace ferrosilicon in the steelmaking process to improve the utilization rate of deoxidizer, purify molten steel and improve steel quality.
It is used as a deoxidizer and alloying agent in the steelmaking industry.
It is used as an inoculant and spheroidizing agent in the cast iron industry. Cast iron is an important metal material in modern industry.
