FerroSilicon 65 (FeSi65) is a general‑purpose ferroalloy with silicon content 63–68% and balanced iron and impurities. Produced via submerged arc furnace smelting, refining, crushing, and screening, it offers outstanding cost performance, stable reactivity, and high utilization rate.


It is widely used as a deoxidizer, alloying agent, inoculant, and reducing agent in steelmaking, gray iron, ductile iron, magnesium smelting, welding materials, and mineral processing, making it the most economical choice for bulk metallurgical production.

1) Steelmaking Deoxidation & Alloying

Used in converter & electric furnace steelmaking for deep deoxidation

Reduces oxygen from 80–100ppm to ≤25ppm
