Calcium Silicon (CaSi) Alloy Powder is a high‑efficiency composite metallurgical material composed of silicon, calcium, and iron. It acts as a powerful deoxidizer, desulfurizer, inclusion modifier, and foundry inoculant in steelmaking and casting.
With low melting point, fast reaction speed, and uniform dispersion, it effectively purifies molten steel, improves casting quality, reduces defects, and enhances mechanical properties. It is widely used in converter/electric furnace steelmaking, secondary refining, continuous casting, gray iron, ductile iron, and special alloy production.
