The main component of silicon metal is silicon, and its content is generally above 98% - 99%. According to the purity, there are different grades such as 553, 441, 411, 3303, 2202, etc.
For example, silicon 553, in which the silicon content is about 98.5%, and other impurities such as iron, aluminum, calcium, etc. have a certain proportion; while the higher purity such as silicon 2202, the silicon content can reach about 99.2%. These silicon metal of different purities are used in different chemical industry scenarios.

Low-grade silicon metal refers to silicon metal with a silicon content of about 97-98
The main component of silicon metal is silicon, and its content is generally above 98% - 99%. According to the purity, there are different grades such as 553, 441, 411, 3303, 2202, etc.
200 mesh means that the powder is screened through a 200 mesh screen with a screen aperture of approximately 74 microns. The particle diameter in the powder is generally below 74 microns.
325 mesh means that the powder is screened through a 325 mesh screen, and the screen aperture is about 44 microns. The particle diameter in the powder is generally below 44 microns.

silicon 553
Silicone production:
Silicon content is about 98%, which can be used to produce silicone rubber, silicone resin, silicone oil and other silicone products. Silicone rubber can be used to make medical supplies, high-temperature gaskets, etc.; silicone resin is used to produce insulating paint and high-temperature coatings; silicone oil can be used to produce advanced lubricants, polishes, etc.
Refractory materials and powder metallurgy:
It can improve the high temperature resistance, wear resistance and oxidation resistance of refractory materials. Its products are widely used in steelmaking furnaces, kilns, kiln tools, etc.

Alloy preparation:
The content is ≥99%, which is an important raw material for preparing aluminum alloys. It can improve the strength, hardness and heat resistance of aluminum alloys and is widely used in aerospace vehicles and automotive parts.
Organic silicon and refractory materials:
