Recently, a customer purchased silicon carbide 1-10mm 88% from our company. The test report issued by SGS, an internationally recognized testing organization, shows that all 12 key indicators specified by the customer meet the requirements, indicating that the quality of this batch of products fully meets the agreed standards.
It is understood that this customer is a downstream abrasives and grinding tool manufacturer. The 88% silicon carbide purchased is mainly used in the manufacture of resin-bonded grinding wheels. They have strict requirements for core indicators such as product purity, size distribution, and impurity content, and specifically specified that it must pass SGS testing and verification. The test items cover 12 key parameters, including the main silicon carbide content, free carbon, silicon dioxide, iron oxides, and aluminum oxides, all of which are important indicators affecting the grinding performance and service life of the grinding wheels.

The SGS test report clearly shows that the actual measured silicon carbide content of this batch of SiC reached 89.78%, exceeding the contractually agreed lower limit of 88%. Impurity contents such as iron and aluminum were all below the customer's control standards, and the particle size distribution uniformity met production process requirements. Upon receiving the test report, the customer stated that the fully qualified results laid a solid foundation for continued stable cooperation between the two parties and indicated they would further expand their procurement.
To ensure the consistent quality of this batch of SiC 88% 1-10mm products, a strict quality control system was implemented throughout the entire process, from raw material screening to production. This successful SGS test further validates the product's compliance and reliability. In the future, we will continue to meet the customized needs of customers from various industries with high standards.
