In order to meet the customer's purchase requirements for spheroidizing agent (rare earth magnesium ferro silicon) 15-25mm, our factory uses a double-layer mesh screen + steel fork screening method. The specific process is as follows:
Use submerged arc furnace to produce spheroidizing agent (rare earth magnesium ferrosilicon) products with certain parameter content required by customers.
Put the natural pieces of the product into the pulverizer with the set particle size. After the machine automatically pulverizes, there are two layers of mesh screens below: the first layer is a 25mm mesh, and the second layer is a 15mm mesh. In this way, the particle size of the product can be strictly controlled between 15-25mm.
After the product passes the double-layer mesh screen, workers use steel forks to pick up the product and put it into the ton bag, which can fully reduce the possibility of powder and debris entering the ton bag, thereby ensuring that the particle size of the product is qualified.
