Principle of Spheroidizing Agent Production - Content of Interference Spheroidizing Elements in Metal Furnace Charge
(1) The content of pig iron is relatively high, such as pig iron, and the nodularizing agent should contain an appropriate amount of rare earth.
(2) When the content of interfering elements in the furnace charge is high, spheroidizing agents with higher rare earth content should be selected.
(3) High purity pig iron T<0.1% (Ti, Cr, Sn, V, Sb, Pb, Zn) can be used as a magnesium silicon iron alloy spheroidizing agent.
(4) The rare earth content in the spheroidizing agent should ensure that the RE content after spheroidization is ≥ 0.4%~0.024%.
