The shell is generally made of iron materials, such as thin steel strips, etc. Its function is to wrap the core layer and protect the core powder from the external environment. At the same time, it can smoothly feed the core powder into the molten steel during the wire feeding process. The core layer : The main component is calcium silicon alloy powder. The silicon content in calcium silicon alloy is usually between 55%-65%, the calcium content is between 24%-31%, and it also contains a small amount of impurity elements. Silicon and calcium have a strong affinity with elements such as oxygen and sulfur, allowing them to play an important role in deoxidation and desulfurization during the steelmaking process.

Desulfurizer:Sulfur is a harmful impurity in steel, which will reduce the toughness, ductility and corrosion resistance of the steel.
