Silicon carbide 80 grit is a fine-grained silicon carbide material with a size of 80 mesh (i.e. 80 holes per inch of screen). Compared with coarser silicon carbide grit, it has a smaller size and is suitable for applications that require fine processing and high surface quality. Due to its hardness, high temperature resistance and chemical stability, 80 mesh silicon carbide grit is widely used in many industries, especially in environments that require high surface accuracy and wear resistance.

Main uses of Silicon carbide 80 grit
1. Abrasives and grinding wheels
